Enneagram Team Workshop Spotlight: JCC of Indianapolis

This summer, I had the opportunity to share the Enneagram with the teaching team at the JCC of Indianapolis. The team dedicated a full day to learning about themselves and each other with the help of the Enneagram.
During our time together, we:
💡went through an introduction to self-awareness (what it is and what it isn’t)
💡introduced an overview of the Enneagram and all 9 types
💡shared and discussed what resonated with each team member about their top types
💡did breakout discussions by Enneagram type and by team
💡discussed specific ways to use the Enneagram in communication and feedback
💡role- played to understand the perspective of other types
💡did a team mapping exercise to identify group strengths and opportunities
