Over the course of a year, we guide your team through five strategic milestones—starting with self-awareness (because most people don’t realize how they come across to others) and ending with a team that not only understands each other better but values and leverages those differences.

By the end, your team earns Dream Team Certified Workplace status—not because they sat through workshops, but because they’ve done the work to transform how they communicate, collaborate, and lead.

Kick Off With Intention

 

Your program begins with an onsite workshop to build a foundation of trust and understanding. Tailored to your team’s unique dynamics, this immersive session sets the stage for the journey ahead. 

To maximize impact, we recommend a half- to full-day experience, allowing time for both training and meaningful discussion. Depending on the session length, your team will be guided through Step 1 and, if time allows, Step 2—ensuring a powerful and engaging start to the program.

Through a mix of virtual and in-person workshops, your team will navigate clear milestones, growing their ability to communicate, collaborate, and connect.

Designed to fit your schedule and availability, Steps 2, 3, and 4 are delivered with new insights and interactive opportunities—allowing your team to take theory and start to practice what they learn in the real world.

Conclude your journey with a final onsite retreat to reflect and celebrate your team’s transformation. This is where we present your Dream Team Certified badge—a symbol of your achievement.

In this full-day retreat, your team will complete Step 5 and engage in strategic planning to ensure the insights gained throughout the program are successfully integrated into future collaboration and growth.
